How is the price calculated? +
The total is: base fare + price per km × distance + waiting fee + surcharges. You see the estimated price before confirming. After the ride, the final price is calculated based on actual distance and time.
How can I pay? +
You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, or in cash directly to the driver. Card payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
How do I cancel a ride? +
You can cancel a ride before the driver arrives, free of charge in most cases. If you cancel after the driver has been on his way for more than 5 minutes, a small cancellation fee may apply.
How do I become a driver? +
Register at viago.bg/driver, upload your documents (driving license, ID, vehicle registration, insurance) and wait for approval. After approval you can start accepting rides immediately.
How and when am I paid as a driver? +
Your earnings accumulate in your Viago wallet after each ride. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account at any time (minimum 20 EUR). Payouts are processed within 2 business days.
Is Viago available 24/7? +
Yes, Viago operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be a slightly longer wait time during night hours in smaller cities, but service is always available.
What if I left something in the car? +
Contact us through the support chat in the app or email us. We will help you reach the driver and arrange the return of your item.
